MILLIONS IN THE togas
The Republic of Haiti is to offer the world the sad spectacle of a state full legal and democratic regression. History will record that it was in late 2008 that corruption has reached its climax within the Haitian justice. In a country where all sectors are seeing red, that of the Judiciary is sadly illustrated with looting millions of U.S. dollars by members of the judiciary in Port de Paix. The information gathered so far, involving mainly a Replacement of Government Commissioner who allegedly distributed the loot from corruption to his colleagues.
Among the corrupt are almost all Judges of the court, nearly two dozen police officers, authorities very high level, and not surprisingly, the name of a Parliamentarian is quoted. We can not leave the hands of Justice prebendaries unscrupulous Republicans who violate the principles for the sole benefit of their pockets. In this story stinking and ugly, Justice failed flush with water impurity which ended the macula. And the country still does not call for this scandal.
bills should not perish with the wicked, but he is righteous in the judiciary of Port de Paix? In truth, if only one element of honesty and integrity among judges, we will spare all the local judiciary, because of him. This story is eerily similar to Sodom and Gomorrah destroyed by Jehovah God for having delivered-by Abundance, the disruption of manners. It also shows how corruption can help to spread the crime in our society. Already, a part of the police institution, having tasted the fruit was cursed poisoned. Suicide or murder? We await the outcome of the investigation.
The sum of thirty-two million U.S. dollars have been hidden under the black robes of magistrates following a raid conducted at the scene of a drug dealer uncle. While "small staff" mere auxiliaries of justice and two justices of the peace are rotting in prison, magistrates and other major civilian authorities and police have been spared. Paradox of a record of such a large scale. Two weights, two measures!
In fact, a charade coercive and discriminatory treatment surround this issue. While the alleged corrupt people are placed in custody following their hearing by the prosecutor of the jurisdiction of shame, others have just been laid off or transferred or promoted to the Ministry of Justice. Instead of applying the law in all its rigor, even if only to give a strong signal to other Magistrates tempted by corrupt practices, the Department of Justice has put the soft pedal. This attitude is deemed scandalous resembles a bond in such acts. In the sense that the real culprits are not liable to any punishment.
In lieu of an arrest after revocation, the centerpiece of the puzzle was simply rejected by the Judiciary, with the flexibility to go and enjoy the millions he embezzled, stolen and looted. Meanwhile, the DPP, a major figure of the corruption in Port de Paix, which are held cons sensational declarations and damning, was transferred to the Ministry of Justice of a sort ... early retirement will allow him to keep all its benefits now, according to former Government Commissioner and enjoy his money in peace.
The Department of Justice is not a den of thugs, and we insist that the authors, co-authors and accomplices in the looting of greenbacks should be arrested and brought before the courts to prevent them from benefiting from fruits of their kleptomania. The large-scale corruption practiced by people in high positions in the Judiciary can not only have devastating effects on democracy, rule of law and development economic and social, but it can also undermine the confidence of citizens, prevent foreign investment and undermine the judicial landscape of Haiti in its entirety.
Frankly, the attitude of officials of the Ministry of Justice is another scandal in this scandal. Many inconsistencies are noted in the file management. Unfortunately, that whenever these types of situations happen you realize the importance of the Supreme Council of Judicial Power created by the Act of December 20, 2007, published in the Journal Officiel de la Republique and not applied up to date by the Government. Anyway, we're here, and we follow step by step until this saga that reveals other secrets, some disappointments and others ... ugly!

Rn Malpractice Insurance In Ny
ON TARGET DOES NOTHING MORE
ON TARGET
We believe that there are moments in life when he must be silent in order to better observe and listen to what the public thinks before reacting. It is sometimes strategic for those who struggle against both a system and the vultures who lurk around. But there are things that outraged so that keeping silence amounts to condoning the fact itself in all its rawness. The naked truth is, apodictic. It is resistant to weather, colors, social origins. Clientelism and corruption must be denounced. The competence of the people should prevail, otherwise we will take the difficult path of development.
We were shocked and outraged by this story of the National Insurance Office (ONA). It's a real blow to the current government that had built its policy change. But what image can project and to assert this with such acts? It is absolutely appalling to discover some obscure folders in which several politicians are involved. Shame on those men and women of low morals, followers of the facility? The problem is that nobody will be punished. We have the example files of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Council of Equipment (CNE).
Because of these men and women state that the country is in economic difficulty. They are the ones responsible for this state of perpetual crisis and chronic poverty. They plundered the state coffers, do not create no jobs, do nothing for young people, and do not hesitate when they have to buy apartments for their wealthy masters living abroad. We are told how much does a director general to afford a car worth cash (U.S. $ 25,000) twenty-five thousand U.S. dollars for a close friend as a gift for Valentine's Day''.'' We're delirious!
Casually, there are millions and millions that could be used to develop the country, which will swell the bank accounts already full, getting lost in night clubs, in pubs and tobacco. It is common knowledge that the Haitian justice system is one of the most rotten in the world. But more corrupt than parliamentary Haiti, we found none. Let alone other spheres of national life. Corruption has plagued our society so that we ask the question whether there will emerge one day. As they say, another Haiti is possible, but we add that this is not tomorrow the day before.
The vast majority of Haitians aspire to work safely and enjoy the fruits of their efforts. But there is always a small group that goes through his journey. The High Command of National Police Haiti's already rolled the latest model of the 2009 Toyota while the House of Criminal jurisdiction of Cap-Haitien, composed of six Judges investigators, not a bike at his disposal. Worse, in the northwest of people dying of hunger.
The judicial system is inefficient, and it is unfortunate that we do not want to put in place mechanisms to ensure its authority and independence vis-à-vis other powers. Working conditions are difficult and the government offers no benefits to the Judges and court officers. Certainly, there is the passion of the trade but we can not live only with love for our work. Recently, a bank refused to endorse a judge who wanted to offer a small new car worth only (U.S. $ 9,000) nine thousand U.S. dollars because his pittance does not meet standards. And when we know that the state does not lend to the Judges as the equivalent of six months of their salary. It is not just a simple denial from the bank, it is a humiliation ... a national disgrace.
In a State of Law is the law prevails, not politics. And finally to close the debate, one must know that debtors ONA are required to pay the agency monthly, and regular, a certain sum of money throughout the term of the mortgage. This is not the case for some of our politicians who are downright waiver claiming there was no imprisonment in default on debt. And if, after trial, the State was charging on their property seized? It is said often enough that where there is nothing, even the king loses his rights, but this aspect does not need as a security deposit prior consisting of movable or immovable property to access credit.
One day or another, these robbers countries, stateless persons, the corrupt will have to answer to history. May God have mercy on them when the day of reckoning will come by sending them to hell because even in heaven, they will try to corrupt the angels.

How To Make Your Womenmasterbate
NOTHING MORE VA
Corruption persists in Haiti, and the problem becomes a problem because there is a lack of political will of government to remedy this situation. On the other hand, there is a perception totally discriminatory and erroneous concept that you will be parliamentarians, government officials, department officials, employees or small single employees. Men and Women of State violate daily massively the most basic principles underlying life and survival of the motherland.
There are leaders who take advantage of their privileges to use for their personal accounts, pension funds of honest and hard workers. In France particularly, it would have qualified as abuse of authority and social goods. Cons here is class, very fashionable. The nouveaux riches coming to market, rubbing his hands every morning with the idea of cutting a big piece of cake. In fact, we have an overview of the scandal. And if the truth was still down the well? And if indeed the trees hiding the forest? Everything is good to make no comment on certain occasions. The future will tell the rest. Ah! There are things happening in this strange little country we would not believe ...
The diversion of humanitarian aid to a starving population by elected officials should not be taken as a simple case of corruption, it should s raise as a crime against humanity with an exemplary punishment and deterrence.
justice has suffered terribly from the crisis facing the country. Cursed are the leaders who do not taste the horror! In the manner of sea bream, the bullies that are other than economic hit men sneak through the institutions cost the country at the time, suck and squeeze the sweat and blood of people using deception and artifice vampiric. The Judges are perhaps not unique but lawmakers are severely dirty.
When storms once alighted on Gonaives, the natural tendency was to see God's punishment. This archaism has long since disappeared from scientific however, it was also on more lips in Port-au-Prince because he always needs a scapegoat to bear the burden and the blame. And it has indexed the Son of Man as being responsible for our woes rippling against her a string of insults and curses like the Pharisees who had called for his crucifixion for the benefit of the criminal Barabbas. However, the simplest would be for authorities to say "it's our fault," trying to find the cause that explains the disaster. It is apparently less painful to lie to people.
Here, we develop initiatives that have no sense of reality. What looks like not only the game of poker but also goose liar. There is always this pathological deviation in the speeches ... this double nuanced language that, under the guise of truth, tends to deliberately mislead. The ruling oligarchy must abandon its refusal to listen, to understand the views of others. The government must be aware of the problem of justice and its policy not to return the malfunctioning on Judges. Advertising
reform legislation, there is this one year, had raised hopes that, until now, have not materialized. We continue to treat the court as an aside, and it crystallizes all the discontents of Judges. Certainly, within the judiciary there are excesses, and there is no more immoral than a judge who circumvents the law to make money. But, as everywhere, there is in the body of the humble, the just and holy, we must simply get rid of the dross. Obviously, poverty has nothing to be ashamed but noblesse oblige, a Magistrate shall receive a salary worthy of his rank. It dishonors justice if we do not put the sweetness, respects and condescension.
Life in Haiti, as one might imagine, does not correspond to reality. In this sense, we say to colleagues to be very careful in dealing with cases involving trustees of the police because the police does not help in all cases. We are doing the bitter experience. We have come to understand that when some police skid, their colleagues are very careful not to give that impression even contribute to the investigation because it would weaken their own power as an institution. In conclusion, they will only confuse the issue. The
clues pointing to an adverse event on our environment led us to make security arrangements to compel, forcing even those to whom we are intimately tied to a painful sojourn in foreign lands because the danger was imminent. This has caused trauma in our family to the point where some we recommended to stay on the mat. But we have been educated at Spartan. The courage and honor requires us to continue the fight, no matter that our fate is conducive or otherwise. We have a passion for art.
The judiciary is like an army of convicts sweaty breathless on the oars, which for the most part, do not even touch the water. Judges Give the mind and they will write the letter, give them the means and will do wonders; give them the score and they play music, and finally give them the desire and they will write a page of history .
